Protection of personal data

In order to deliver your order directly to you or to arrange all the details with you, we need to know some data (name, address, telephone, e-mail). For the needs of invoicing business entities, we should also know additional data (company name, ID number, VAT number, account number). The data you enter in the order are necessary for your identification as a buyer. We use them to implement the entire business, including necessary accounting operations, issuing tax documents, identifying your non-cash payments and communicating with you.

By providing us with any of these personal data through the e-shop, you express your understanding and unequivocal consent to the inclusion of these personal data in the database and their subsequent processing, for the period until the consent is revoked.

We process personal data that is obtained during a visit to our website in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data. We store this data in the database, so you don’t have to fill out the entire registration form again the next time you make a purchase – just enter your username and password. We treat the data as strictly confidential and do not provide it to any third party. The only exception is the shipping company, which receives your address with each shipment, e.g. telephone or e-mail connection so that it can properly deliver the shipment to you. Your data will be corrected or removed from the database at any time upon your request. We adopt technical, organizational and security measures to protect the data held by us against manipulation, loss, destruction and intervention by unauthorized persons.

Upon request, we will notify you immediately and in writing if possible, whether and what personal data it has recorded about you. If, despite our efforts to ensure that the data is correct and up-to-date, incorrect information is recorded, we will correct it upon request.

If you have questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you can direct them to [email protected], where we are available not only in case of a request for information, but also in case of your suggestions or complaints.
